Calling Flow
`NEW` rows are ready to call, `OPEN` rows are paused or failed, and `DIALED` rows have already been sent to the AI calling server.
Use `Start` to process untouched leads, `Resume` to continue paused rows, `Redial` to requeue everything, and `Recycle` to push not-connected rows back into the queue.
The queue is now handled in the Node data API and forwarded into the AI server with `campaignId`, `listId`, customer, amount, and due-date context.
